Usage Instructions:

1. Labeling the Card:

   • The collector should fill in the necessary information on the front and back of the card before opening it to prevent contamination of the sample.

2. Oral Rinse and Swab Collection:

   • The sample donor should rinse their mouth with water and use the sponge-tipped swab to collect cells from the inside of their cheeks by rubbing for 5-10 times on one side, then repeat on the other side. Ensure the swab is adequately moist.

3. Sample Application:

   • Place the swab in the pink collection area of the card and press it firmly for 10 seconds, then rotate the swab 3 times. The color will change from pink to white, indicating the successful collection of the sample.

4. Drying and Storage:

   • Let the card dry naturally for 5-10 minutes. After drying, store the card in an envelope and keep it in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place for long-term preservation.
