Usage Instructions:

1. Collect sample: For live peripheral blood, apply directly or drop blood onto the card. For scene or cadaver samples, spread blood with a lancet or swab evenly. Follow integrated card instructions if included.

2. Drying: Allow card to dry naturally in a ventilated, cool area; do not seal in plastic while wet.

3. DNA analysis: Use tweezers or scissors to extract the blood spot; 5–10 µL per spot ensures high-quality DNA testing.

4. Record information: Write subject and sample data directly on the card or storage bag.
